Recruiting Interns ensure that the DME Team has enough qualified individuals to achieve its goals. These interns contact current college students to recruit them to the DME Internship Program. Interns use varied outreach methods such as direct contact, providing recruitment documents to career services on college campuses, developing relationships with universities, attending career fairs and recruiting events, and other methods to search for excellent prospective interns. These interns work within the Human Resources Department. A dedicated Division Officer leads these interns.

Prospective interns should have prior outreach experience, an understanding of marketing, strong in-person and online communication skills, and a high degree of professionalism.
